Job description – Sales Team Enabler

CTMS are looking for a Sales Team Enabler to work with our sales team to develop prospects and new business. CTMS are the UK leading consultancy for the Ivanti (HEAT & LANDesk) a new Global Leader in the Service Desk & Security market providing both solutions and implementation. 

What we’re looking for:

In brief: We need somebody who is a talented and experienced in working with a Sales Team to help them develop opportunities and new sales and with the ambition to grow into a full sales role.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven telesales experience and skill
  • Have a natural ability to see an opportunity and proactively be involved with developing it.
  • Proven team experience
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Problem-solving techniques
  • Experience of setting and meeting deadlines

  • Experience of Service Desk software sales would be preferred

In brief: This is a hands-on ‘Sales Team Enabler opportunity, which will initially include working with the business and sales team to help them development activity and manage strategic sales planning.

  • Review current sales processes and suggest change where required
  • Help produce department business plan with the Sales and Technical Directors
  • Support ongoing product and marketing plans
  • Manage some existing key business relationships with the Sales Director
  • Help maintaining all business information on the in-house CRM Sales Force

In brief: We need somebody who is a talented and experienced Sales Team Leader with the ambition to build a team of dedicated sale executives and motivation to become a Sales Manager.

  • Have a natural ability to see an opportunity and proactively be involved with developing it.

  • The ability to handle multiple priorities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

In brief: This is a hands-on ‘Sales Team Leader opportunity, which will initially include individual business development activity and strategic sales planning.

  • Review current team members and implement change where required
  • Produce department business plan with the Sales and Technical Directors
  • Support ongoing product and marketing plans
  • Manage some existing key business relationships
  • New business generation
  • Maintaining all business information on the in-house CRM Sales Force
  • Managing own and team performance in line with KPI’s and individual performance reviews.
  • Recruitment and Management of New staff as the business expands
